My name is Ronin Romero. I'm an author of Short Stories, Poetry and Novels in the realm of Horror, Suspense, Science Fiction and LGBTQIA+. Having been included in editions of Somewhere Between, Believing in Greatness and Pride & Equality Magazine, my work is never afraid to delve into the darkest of human emotions. My stories are meant to take you out of this world, and into a place where your heart rate never slows.
Born in Houston, and raised in New England, I now reside in the enchanting New Mexican desert. Some of my favorite authors include some as big as John Steinbeck, Eric Van Lustbader and Stephen King, as well as local New Mexican legends like Sonja Dewing.
One of my short stories, titled Daniel, was a passion project full of spirit, suspense, fight and heart. It received high ranks in Amazon’s Bestseller’s lists:
